As a Realtor®, my goal is simple: to sell your home for the best price in the shortest amount of time with the least hassle to you. My goal is to move beyond expectation by working harder, longer and simply investing more towards the sale of your home. I do this because of a basic belief in the golden rule and a philosophy that if I do my best, you will recommend my services to everyone you know.

Biography
Tim Johnson began in real estate with a love for architecture and design. After years of working on his personal homes, Tim began fixing up homes and flipping them and making a profit.  This cultivated his love for Real Estate. He took real estate as a college course and began his real estate career at TRADERS Realty. He moved to REMAX and spent approximately 5 years at REMAX before returning to TRADERS Realty.

He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors and Peoria Area Association of Realtors.  He is a licensed real estate broker, a Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI), Toast Masters International and an alumni of Richard Robbins International Coaching program.

He studied photography and commercial art at Olivet Nazarene University. He worked in photography as a national troubleshooter and sales for a top photography studio in the country.  He spent years in the music industry managing a professional music store. Which lead to working for a professional audio design company designing sound systems and tour guide systems for companies and churches all over Illinois and beyond.
