It was just a few years ago that my brother called and said that my 3 year old niece Katee (Pictured on the Left) had (ALL) leukemia. Those words hit hard. Anytime you hear of a child with a life threatening illness it is hard to deal with but this one hit home for me. I know first hand how wonderful it is to have a world class Children's Hospital here in Peoria.

That was over 13 years ago, and what an amazing survivor!  Thanks to Children's Hospital of Illinois, the Children's Miracle Network and St. Jude's Hospital.

Since 2006, with every home that I have sold, I have donated a portion of each sale to the Children’s Miracle Network.

Over the last 4 years I have donated over 500 Holographic glasses to the Peoria's Children's Hospital. This gives the children something to help break the boredom of being stuck in a room surrounded by medical equipment.

As you see in my "Personal Connection", I believe in the Children's Hospital of Illinois, the Children's Miracle Network and St. Jude's Hospital.

This year you will see even more involvement with Children's Hospital of Illinois in Peoria when In The Neighborhood hits the air this summer.
