I started at Olivet in 1985. I was at Olivet at least week before most everyone else. I started playing piano in the practice rooms. It was a great way to manage stress and boardem. It was wonderful having a piano where your brothers and sisters wouldn't complain that they couldn't hear the TV. I really hadn't played much.
I met Ed Gonya and Bruce Yates... They where looking to do a song for a talent show... it may have been part of Oli's Follies. I offered to play keyboard for them... They didn't think I could do it... I said... let's record the song. I'll practice and see what I can come up with... and if you like it. Cool. (This is about a week and a half before the event.) I came back in a day or two and Dominion was born. Ed wanted us to wear white jackets... I can remember that when the stage opened... someone yelling WHAMMM!
